Yes — every amigurumi is 100% handmade using high‑quality yarn (including Yarnsmiths Create Chenille Chunky for many designs). Each piece is crafted individually, so no two items are ever exactly the same.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, when custom slots are open. You can request:

  • Custom amigurumi 

  • Pet‑inspired amigurumi

  • Character‑based designs

  • Colour or size adjustments

If slots are closed, you can join the waiting list or message to check availability.

How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and current workload. Typical ranges:

  • Large or detailed customs: 4–6 weeks

You’ll always receive an estimated completion date before payment.

No — SnowyPandaDesigns currently ships within the UK only. All orders are sent from Northamptonshire using tracked UK delivery. If you’re outside the UK and interested in a future release, feel free to message — international shipping may be added later.
